Grill cabins Brålands farm

At Brålands Gård's nature camping in Munkedal, two grill cabins have been built with the help of support from Leader Future Regions. Through this project, guests are offered a complete experience in outdoor cooking.

About the project

The project has involved the construction of two grill cabins at Brålands Gård's nature camping in Munkedal. The cabins can be freely used by the camping's visitors and have covered grilling areas as well as wood-fired ovens. The outdoor environment around the grill cabins blends into the surrounding environment of the nature camping.

The idea is also to benefit local food producers by selling products from them in a nearby farm shop, which can then be prepared in the grill cabins.

Those who do not stay at the camping can rent the cabins for parties, cooking courses, salmon fishing courses, and similar activities. In addition, the local outdoor association in Munkedal has the opportunity to use the grill cabins free of charge for their activities, such as forest groups, hiking groups, education in salmon fishing, and habitat care for youth. This is done in collaboration with the Örekilsälven fishing conservation area and Brålands Gård.
