The purposes include support management, statistics, information, follow-up, evaluation, analysis, and archival purposes based on legal obligation and public interest. We use anonymized information for statistical purposes. The legal basis for this processing concerns public authority exercise, accounting law, as well as legal obligation, contracts, and consent.
Personal data is collected through, for example, web forms, email, paper applications, and phone calls. The data may also be supplemented with information from public registers and authorities.

Leader Framtidsbygder provides information related to projects to the Swedish Board of Agriculture and to EU institutions in accordance with what follows from EU legislation, law or regulation.
We never disclose your personal data to third parties without your permission.
Your information is stored only as long as required for our operations or as long as we must store it according to law/agreement. Thereafter, it is deleted according to applicable retention routines. We do not delete personal data when there is a legal requirement to store it, for example according to applicable accounting rules and EU regulations.
Membership register
As a non-profit association, we need certain information (which you provide yourself upon application) for the administration of our membership register. This information is stored with us as long as you are a member and we use the information to send out membership information and to establish membership lists in connection with membership meetings/annual meetings. You can request your withdrawal from the association at any time by contacting us, and your information will then be removed from our register. All membership information is deleted when the association ceases to exist.
Project documents
Documents related to our projects are saved during the association's operational period and will thereafter be archived and saved for a maximum of ten additional years according to the requirements of the Swedish Board of Agriculture. Applications for support and payments are made in the Swedish Board of Agriculture's IT system. For the processing of personal data specified in the application for support or payment, the Swedish Board of Agriculture is the data controller.
