The mini-support is aimed at young people in our area who want to organize local activities in the countryside. The purpose is to promote new initiatives and meeting places, as well as to preserve existing activities.
About the mini-support
Young people meet is one of our mini-supports. With mini-support, the administration is less extensive and the decision-making process is faster compared to applying for Leader support for larger projects.
What can one apply for?
The mini-support is aimed at young people in our area who want to organize local activities in the countryside. The purpose is to promote new initiatives and meeting places and to preserve existing activities.
Through our mini-support, we want to facilitate for young people in the countryside to strengthen the countryside as a place to live and work for young people by creating new meeting places – measures that reduce the gaps between city and countryside and that simultaneously contribute to increased safety and community.
Who can apply?
Young people up to 25 years in our eight municipalities: Årjäng, Åmål, Bengtsfors, Dals-Ed, Mellerud, Vänersborg, Färgelanda and Munkedal.
When can one apply?
Applications are accepted continuously as long as there is money available to distribute. The applications are processed by a decision committee consisting of office staff and parts of the Leader Framtidsbygder board at regular decision meetings.
Always contact us at the leader office before you start an application, we listen to your idea and guide you so that the application is done correctly.
ABOUT THE SUPPORT
Maximum amount available for application: 25,000 kronor
Support level: Maximum 100% of the costs. The support must however cover at least 40% of the project's total expenses.
Co-financing: You who apply must co-finance the project with at least 30% voluntary time. More information is available on the application form.
