Received mini-support? Now we go!
If the application has been granted mini-support, it is time to go from idea to reality. This means that you contribute to rural development in the area of Framtidsbygder, which includes Dalsland as well as Årjäng and Munkedal municipalities. Absolutely fantastic!
We are here as support
Have you received a positive decision? Congratulations! On this page, there are advice, information, and templates – everything you need. If any questions arise, feel free to contact us at the leader office.
Do it right from the start
From experience, we know that one often wants to get started quickly, but it also helps if you do it right from the beginning. Please take a look at the final report now, so you know what will eventually need to be reported back. Also, be sure to use our logos
In connection with some mini-support, co-financing in the form of volunteer time is required. Write down your hours continuously throughout the project period. Please use our forms for time reporting.
When things don't go according to plan
Contact us at the office if something happens that prevents the project from being carried out as intended. Likewise, if more time is needed to implement the initiative. It is important that this contact occurs before you make any changes.
Forms, logos, and templates
Here is what you need
The templates to be used differ between different mini-supports. Therefore, make sure to choose the right one based on the specific mini-support you have applied for and been granted. Contact us at the office if you are unsure.
Use the correct logos
All projects that have leader funding must show this by using the logos available for download on this page. This applies, for example, to advertisements, information sheets, and web pages. Contact us at the office if you are unsure when logos are required.
It is important to use the logos correctly. For example, the EU logo should be displayed at least the same size, in height or width, as the largest of any other logos that may be on the same webpage, in the same brochure, etc. On the Swedish Board of Agriculture's website, you can read more about the guidelines that exist.

Time for final reporting?
At the end of the project period, it is time to report back. Use our template and then email it to your contact at the leader office.
Return to your application
One tip is to return to the application; it is what is stated in it that you will now report back on and account for the outcome.
Alongside the final report, copies of invoices, proof of payment, and any time lists must also be submitted.
In connection with the final reporting, we will schedule a phone call with you to follow up on the results of the project.
Be careful with the proof of payments
In addition to invoice copies, we also need proof of payment. You can download these from the online bank. The proof of payment should include the following:
- Payment date
- Paid amount
- Sender (which account the money was withdrawn from)
- Recipient (that the payment has gone to the same plusgiro, bankgiro, or account number as stated on the invoice)
- That the payment has been completed. “Immediate payment” is not considered a completed payment.
